Our story begins with a vibrant soul named Brady Mentz, whose laughter was contagious and whose heart was open to every person he met. Brady lived life at full throttle, finding joy in the simplest interactions and reminding us all that time is the most precious gift we have.
To "Live Like Brady" is a commitment to being present, being kind, and making every second count. Live Like Brady was created to keep the spirit of Brady Mentz alive—a spirit defined by boundless energy, an infectious smile, and an unwavering kindness toward everyone he met.

Live Like Brady was born from a desire to honor that spirit by bringing people together for a cause he would have loved—swinging for scholarships and supporting the next generation. We walk, we play, and we gather to ensure his light continues to shine through the lives of those we help, teaching us all to hold our loved ones a little closer every day.

Live Like Brady was created to honor that spirit in a way that continues to make a difference. Through our memorial outing and community support, we aim to bring people together for something bigger than ourselves—turning pain into remembrance.
A central part of this mission is creating opportunities for students at Elder High School. By raising funds for scholarships and meaningful experiences—such as the annual Costa Rica trip—we hope to give others the chance to grow, explore, and create memories that will shape their lives, just as Brady did his and ours.
Brady taught us that life is not measured in years, but in the love we share and the laughter we spark. Through our outing and educational support, we turn our remembrance into a hopeful future for local students, ensuring that the warmth Brady brought into our lives continues to ripple outward, touching hearts and changing lives forever.
